Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13, we hereby inform you of the following. By implementing the registration procedure for our services, users voluntarily communicate their personal data to the Data Controller. The personal data sent will be processed in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by Legislative Decree 101/2018 and other regulations in force. The provision of data is optional. Purposes and methods of data processing
The personal data collected when registering or registering with our site are processed in order to allow access to services and content reserved for registered users.
In the event that the user has given his/her consent at the time of activation of the service, and until revocation of the same, his/her personal data may be processed by FNOPI for:
- allow access to products, services and content;
- Send Newsletters for information and dissemination purposes in relation to the activities of the Federation, regulatory changes and to promote training activities.
- To collect personal data for the Pre-registration of the FNOPI Register

Personal data sent through the registration procedures for products and services may be processed by FNOPI with automated tools. The possibility for FNOPI to process the aforesaid data in aggregate form, in compliance with the measures prescribed by the Guarantor Authority and by virtue of the specific exemption from consent provided by the same, for electronic analysis and processing (e.g.: classification of the entire clientele into homogeneous categories by service levels, etc.) aimed at periodically monitoring the development and performance of FNOPI’s activities, orienting the relative communication processes, improving services, as well as designing and implementing communication collections. Specific measuressecurity measures are observed by FNOPI to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Personal data are recorded and stored on electronic databases located in Italy. The processing of personal data provided by users may also be carried out by companies, bodies or consortia, appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the aforementioned EU Regulation, which, on behalf of FNOPI, provide specific processing services, or related, instrumental or support activities. The personal data provided by users may also be communicated:
- to subjects to whom the right to access personal data is recognized by provisions of law, regulations or EU regulations;
- to subjects to whom the communication is required by law or regulation, or by public entities for the performance of their institutional functions.
The period of storage of the personal data referred to above will be in line with the current regulatory provisions.
Rights of the data subject
The interested party has the right to ask FNOPI for access to the personal data concerning him/her, as well as the rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition to their processing, if carried out automatically on the basis of consent or for the execution of the contract.
The interested party has the right to revoke the consent (for the parts provided for by the rule) at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
